1. Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. A Master's degree or international professional HR certifications are highly preferred.
2. Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior management positions in Human Resources, with at least 5 years as a HRM (or equivalent) in large corporations of similar scale.
• Particularly preferred is experience working in the real estate sector and especially in the 5-star hotel/resort industry. Deep understanding of human resource specifics, service culture, and quality standards in the industry is essential.
• Experience leading organizational change projects and digital transformation in HR management is a plus.

• Proficient in labor laws, insurance, and tax regulations related to human resources.
• In-depth understanding of modern HR practices: HR strategic planning, talent acquisition - recruitment, training - development, performance management, compensation - benefits - welfare, corporate culture, and labor relations.
• Knowledge of HR Information Systems (HRIS/HRM).
