TASKS CLARIFYING
• Open the hotel door, see off guests, welcome guests politely and professionally.
• Guide guests to check in, take guests to villas, transfer luggage, guide guests to use equipment in the room.

• Transfer luggage when guests change rooms or check out.
• Pick-up, drop- off guests in the resort.
• Receive, store and return luggage to guests quickly, promptly and safely.
• Storing, cleaning and sanitizing electric vehicles.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Stays current with developments in the Resort, services and area attractions and Promote the Radisson Rewards Program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members.
• Record guests' special requests and coordinate with relevant departments to best meet guests' expectations.
• Support baggage staff in resolving guest complaints in the best way and save the contents in the notebook to guide staff on how to handle similar situations.
• Organize and deploy professional training courses for employees in the department.
• Assist customers in confirming flight information, booking tickets, and changing flight times.
• Regularly check luggage storage, ensuring tools are neatly arranged.
• Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Yes I Can! Experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
• Attends any training programs as directed or requested.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
