Mô tả Công việc
- Managing production quality, capability, productivity, line balancing, bottle neck from pre-launch stage throughout production and EOP.
- Ensuring effective implementation and conformity with company business operating procedures and customer requirements, industry standard, laws and regulations.
- Managing effective production planning, manufacturing, in-process quality, efficiency, TPM and delivery to meet customer’s demands without extra cost of expeditions.
- Leading continual improvement, preventive action and permanent corrective action on quality, delivery, efficiency to achieve company targets and business objectives.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 3 years at the same position or 7 years of experience as Production Supervisor position
- Bachelor in engineering is required.
- Good at English - 4 skills.
- Experience to release bottle neck, enhance productivity, efficiency
- Knowledge 7QC tools, 5 core tools and root cause analysis methods as 5WHY, 4W1H, 4M, etc.
- Show strong sense of ownership to drive business beyond its potential.
- Self-motivation and be accountable for own actions.
- We prefer candidates from manual process companies.
- Thử việc: 60 days
- Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.
