Mô tả công việc

- Ideas that contribute to the revenue and profitability of the Hotel.

- Maximise revenue from Conference & Incentive events by promoting Hotels products including restaurants by cross selling/up selling.

- Work in close liaison with the Accor Regional Sales Team ensuring best practice is followed in all processes.

- Source leads for quoting on major business at the Hotel and forward conference leads for quoting to the Conference Sales Manager.

- Assist in the development of marketing material for use in the securing and implementing of all business in conjunction with the Regional Sales and Marketing Manager and the Marketing Services Department.

- Devise and implement, in conjunction with Regional Sales and Marketing Manager a sales call plan program with regular follow up on effectiveness and plan when appropriate to respond to market/business needs.

- Develop and implement an information flow system that ensures the Sales Manager and Conference Sales Manager are informed of hotel promotions/initiatives and vice versa.

- Advise hotel on appropriate treatment of hotel VIPs and other visitors to maximise all sales opportunities.

- Adherence to Emergency Communication procedures ensuring that enquiries from the media are only responded to by the nominated spokesperson.

- Strive to implement the Accor Vision and demonstrate active use of Accor Values.

- Any other duties assigned by the your manager.

1) Required Skills

Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.

Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities. Proficient in use of Microsoft office

Good writing skills

2) Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business administration or related field preferred.

3) Experience

3-5 years of relevant experiences or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experiences.
