• Plan sales coverage of all market segments according to a short-term and long-term plan for Sales Managers. All markets should to an action plan and actionable due dates.
• Establish goals for all sales personnel and give guidance on how these goals can be achieved.
• Met all KPIs as set by the company.
• Evaluate new markets and their needs comparing these with our product and service.
• Conduct visibility studies to develop new feeder and supplier markets.
• To implement sales and marketing SOPs whilst continuing to keep these inline with current business requirements.
• To know our product in intimate details and be aware of our strengths and weaknesses. Set program to overcome weaknesses and maximize on our strengths.
• Organize regular meetings and discussions with the sales team and other specialists to ensure interaction and a positive working spirit among team members.
• Ensure the development of a customer contact and visitation program. Monitor and ensure the program is implemented effectively.
• To report to General Manager progress of sales efforts, results of sales programs, customer feedback, and information relative to sales office personnel and general development in the club.
• Advise all sales staff according to the program and monthly meeting schedules. As a leader, oversee sales activities, initiate products, and work with department heads to ensure revenue targets are achieved.
• Communicate daily with all sales personnel on work to be done with present and future projects.
• To market the Golf Course and all its outlets and sales points, to lead and direct the sales effort and react on trends, so that the highest profitability can be reached.
