Job Description

A solution-oriented team player with a customer-centric mindset and strong technical leadership.

• Scope and Planning: Define project requirements and oversee estimation activities to ensure accurate resource allocation and timeline coordination.
• Communication and Collaboration: Regularly update clients on project progress and adjustments, and facilitate meetings to clarify roles and ensure team readiness.
• Monitoring and Quality Control: Assess project quality, maintain document integrity, and apply industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle to address issues promptly.
• Workforce Management: Develop staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and document achievements and expenses for effective project tracking.
• Risk Management: Analyze potential risks and benefits of technology solutions to meet project needs effectively.

• At least 6 month of full-time experience in a related field with leadership skills.
• Solid knowledge of e-commerce and technology.
• Fluent in English with strong computer literacy.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with customers and development teams.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum is a plus.
