- Work Location: District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Prepare documents, such as quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and handle general data entries
2. Prepare sales forecast and analysis data
3. Assist in the maintenance of effective record-keeping and filing systems
4. Liaise with the logistics department to monitor daily operations, observe inventory management, and control delivery arrangement
5. Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations
6. Report and provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level (From TOEIC 700)
・Experience: At least 2 years as a Sales / Account Manager / Coordinator or relevant experience with experience in order receiving and following.
・Knowledge of SAP/CRM.
・Motivation to be a Sales and willing to go on business trips (overseas)
