Welcoming guests to the showroom, standing up and greeting each customer, welcoming them to the dealership, and giving guests directions. Receiving and answering the phone calls (if any) and serving water to the guests Arranging and managing the reception and waiting areas to be clean, tidy, and hygienic. Introducing guests to basic information about the company and its products. Supporting customers to download and use the company's app. Collecting and recording customer comments daily, at least 10 customers per day (with a sample form). Summarizing weekly guests' information report (with sample form). Supporting administrative work, and other papers (not including making payments) as assigned by management. Managing inventory lookups. During downtime, assist management teams with filing or other projects.Bachelor/College degree.
