• At least 3 year of experience as a Project Manager 
• Experience in Project-based (Fixed cost) with a scale of 20MM or more (Agile/Hybrid model).
• Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, 
• Excellent project management skills, including estimating, planning, organizing, and leading, 
• Highly responsible, well-organized, communicative, proactive, dare-to-lead characters, 
• Having knowledge, understanding, and experience in the software development process: Planning, Requirement, Development, Testing, Deployment...
• Proficient in Agile software development methods
• Experienced in working with Japan-speaking customer projects, knowing how to work with customers

Having the following skills is an advantage 

• Have knowledge about Domain ecommerce, MLM
• Work experience in foreign companies/ overseas education. 
• Have experience working with customers using CMMi level 3 
• Have the ability to negotiate with the customer 
• Have PMP certification
