1. PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROL:
• Lead various teams, includes but not limits to: QE, IPQC, Testing/Reliability, Green compliance, FAI.
• Ensure quality products and services delivered to customers with the most cost efficiency, fully customer satisfaction, and rule/ regulatory compliance.
• Understand sufficiently and correctly products, customer quality requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and Coherent oversea colleagues, and Handle customer complaint.
• Deploy quality management system and quality tools to ensure quality meet customer expectation.
• Respond quickly and accurately to customers
2. SUPERVISION, MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP:

• Ensure the Performance Management Process is fully operating with meaningful stretch goals for all employees in your organization, that feedback is on-going and focused on development and done with 100% On Time Delivery.
• Ensure a free flow of two-way information for your organization to work effectively and communication channels are active and open.
• Ensure an accident-free environment by following all EH&S policies and procedures, maintain a clean, safe and orderly environment and openly endorsing and creating an attitude that all accidents are preventable within your sphere of influence.
• Ensure the spirit and intent of all employment laws and regulations and Coherent and local HR policies and procedures are understood and complied with in your area.• Bachelor's Degree is at least in one of following specializations: Statistic, Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science, Other specialization.
• At least 5 years' experience in similar role in manufacturing company, 1+ years managerial/leadership experience is required.
• Solid knowledge of Statistical and quality tools to collect, research, and analyse data. Familiar with ISO 9001, FMEA, SPC, Customer service handling, 8D, and continuous improvement.Thưởng
The annual bonus from 1.96 to 4.00 monthly salary (including the 13th-month salary).
The amount depends on the position and grade, apply to new offers from July 2025.
