The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting business development, implementing product business strategy, and integrating functional departments to ensure the execution of business strategy. What You'll Do

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business development through detailed work processes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the director in delivering and implementing product business strategy. You will also manage the product lifecycle, from conception to launch, while integrating various functional departments to ensure the implementation of the business strategy. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing product lineup activities, developing product plans, and driving their execution. Your role will also involve managing retail SO strategies for key models and providing technical support for branches.

  • Formulate and manage sales strategies in the region
  • Execute and implement various functional management strategies based on strategic coordination
  • Manage new product launches and product transitions involving other departments as required
  • Monitor and steer stock availability of products
  • Manage and resolve product queries to ensure correct information is supplied to the sales force and other departments
  • Work closely with the training teams to promote internal and external training activities focused on the product area

What You Bring

The ideal candidate for this Product Manager position brings a wealth of experience in Product Sales or Marketing. You have a strong understanding of the product management work process and are comfortable working on problems of diverse scope where analyzing data requires evaluating identifiable factors. Your excellent communication skills enable you to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization. You are an experienced professional who demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required for this role.

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in Product Sales or Product Marketing
  • Strong understanding of product management work process
  • Fluent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways
  • Experience in supervising mentoring and coaching for team members
  • Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree
