JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Financial Operations Management
- Lead day-to-day financial operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Flow Management, to ensure stable liquidity.
- Optimize workflows and internal controls to enhance efficiency and minimize risk.
Strategic Financial Planning
- Closely collaborate with other departments to provide financial and strategic support, ensuring business decisions are based on accurate, timely financial data.
- Deliver financial analyses and insights to support quick, strategic, and operational decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting
- Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, working with departments to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of financial projections.
- Monitor budget performance and recommend timely adjustments to maintain financial efficiency and support strategic goals.
Risk and Compliance Management
- Develop and implement financial risk management strategies to ensure compliance with legal regulations and accounting standards.
- Monitor economic and financial conditions to take preventive measures and help the business seize opportunities.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and develop the finance team, fostering professional growth and enabling high performance.
- Build a collaborative work culture, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement within the finance function.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and audit bodies, to best support the company’s financial operations.
- Represent the finance function in strategic meetings and report financial performance to the executive board and senior management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. - MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
Skills
Strong leadership and management skills, including team-building and talent development to foster a high-performance culture.
Advanced financial analysis and strategic planning skills, with a solution-oriented approach to achieving long-term financial objectives..
In-depth knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Proven track record in driving results and achieving business objectives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments, with strong adaptability to changing conditions
Fluent English and Vietnamese
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or decision-making position, such as CFO.
Preferred experience in a similar industry, particularly in fast-paced or growth-driven environments (e.g., e-commerce, technology, or multinational companies).
