Piriou Vietnam CO., LTD is a 100% French-owned shipbuilding company, we are looking for a Purchasing staff/ procurement specialist

* JOB TASKS:

- Do sourcing & looking for new suppliers, new products

- Follow & update the file evaluation suppliers

- Manage purchase orders from Production Department in respecting specification & the delivery time.

- Provide full description to create article of product

- Analyze supplier proposal & correspondence with tender

- Negotiate price, delivery time, payment condition for each order

- Manage buying condition according to international procurement

- Enter the purchase order in Focus and follow the process of order from the beginning to the end

- Interface with warehouse, account Department & suppliers

- Ensure the Service after sales beside production Department (quality of product, quantity, price...) and also feedback to supplier

- Follow up purchase order and solving problem (annex contract for modification, draft contract for specific purchase, strategic the big purchase & for the sub-contractor)

- Follow non conformity

- Ensure to follow the product documentation & certificate

- Report to Purchasing Manager about the progress of important contract

- Those activities are not exhaustive. They can be extended according to the needs of the company

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Graduate from university or college with the major in mechanics, naval architecture or shipbuilding technology

- Good negotiating and problem-solving skills

- Fluent in English communication

- Being able to work under pressure

- Priority to candidates who have over 3 years of experience in purchasing for companies in heavy industries such as shipbuilding, steel material production...

- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint

- Honest, careful.

- Have experience in evaluating the specifications of products is a plus
