You will join our Consumer Sales Division - CAV5 Senior Sales Executive. This is a salesperson role which you will be responsible for all sales activities in assigned categories of Home Entertainment (TV & sound bar) in South market. You are also in charge of business development. Success in this role will be demonstrated by the scale of your account and revenue increasing. In other hand, you will do well co-ordination with products marketing (PM) related to your categories effectively and timely to achieve the sales target.
What you will be doing
o Distributor management
· Manage sell-in, sell-through & sell-out to achieve the sales target.
· PSI forecast and review to know the reason why sales increase or decrease.
· Follow up sales order and delivery timing to Distributor's warehouse.
· Manage Distributor and implement the sales program (CI, Mktg fund...) to enhance sales performance.
· Accountable for Accounts Receivable (AR) and overdue payments.
o Sub-dealer management:
· Maintain the strong relationships with existing customers to maximize the sales revenue to achieve the sales target.
· Build relationship and support Local Wholesaler to achieve their sales target and their Sub-dealer for code activation and technical solving.
· Follow up POSM deployment and store investment.
· Key Sub-dealer expansion
o Sales planning
· Control sales forecasting by customers, months, categories, and models.
· Monitor and control aging stock, over the OPSI of customers to push sell-in/sell-out and manage inventory efficiently.
· Analyze market trends and competitors' movements to proposals for enhancements in product, pricing, marketing, and service policies.
o Operation management
· All payout follow-up and management.
o Other tasks as assigned by Manager.What you should have
o Education: Business administration, Economics, Trade
o English: fluent speaking, good writing skills
o At least 5 years' work experience in the role of Salesperson in charge dealers
o Ability to organize and work independently.
o Proficiency in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook, especially Pivot table, Power BI.Thưởng
