Be responsible for the creation, implementation and facilitation of the Learning and Development within Hotel that is aligned with the Hotel’s goals and strategic plan.
DUTIES
Prepare Hotel’s training plan and budget yearly;
Conduct annual training needs analysis and coordinate with HODs to help identify training opportunities for their team members;
Initiate, coordinate, deliver and follow-up on all training activities within the Hotel;
Actively initiate relationships and partnerships with industry associations, external training companies and academic counsels related to the hospitality industry;
Update and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant information;
Maintain an ongoing Training Calendar to ensure learning resources and opportunities are maximized;
Develop and manage a central internal resource library of videos/books/magazines that can be utilized by all employees;
Share responsibilities for the integration and orientation process of new hires;
Assist with the implementation of new policies, procedures, and standards;
Prepare and submit monthly training reports;
Inspire the Hotel's Branding, Culture and Brand Standard at all time;
Ensure that all Ambassadors comply with the Hotel policies and procedures as well as Government regulations pertaining to employment practice;
Assist HRM to review and update HR policies and procedures and other human resources materials; monitor present and future trends in the local labor situation, social legislation, the administration of the Performance Appraisal Program and act in an advisory capacity to Department Heads in such process;
To counsel Hotel personnel as and when needed in areas such as career planning, training and development and Ambassador Relations;
Oversee the organization and execution of Ambassadors’ social, athletic and recreational activities;
Maintain good working relations with all departments and all professional external contacts.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Bussiness Administration or related majors;
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar position;
Expertise in the field of Human Resources, Learning & Development, Labor code;
