In this role, you will plan and execute end-to-end category campaigns for industries.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan and execute end-to-end category campaigns.
- Develop marketing strategies across multiple channels in collaboration with xFN and relevant teams.
- Analyze historical data and trends to set campaign targets and directions.
- Optimize in-app and creative assets in coordination with Graphic Designers for maximum reach.
- Ensure smooth execution during daily and peak campaigns.
- Willingness to go the extra mile, including overtime when necessary, to meet campaign objectives.
- Proven experience in managing and executing successful category campaigns in the e-commerce industry.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding campaign goals and KPIs.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to stay updated with the evolving e-commerce landscape.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above.
- 5+ years of experience in campaign or e-marketing in the e-commerce industry.
- Project management experience is a valuable asset.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Analytical and data-savvy with prior experience in data analytics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrates curiosity, creativity, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
