Yes4All is one of the leading brands for home sporting goods & furniture in the e-commerce market. Founded in 2010, we have strived to be the world leader in e-commerce enablers in term of trading, product creating and e-commerce servicing. Based in California with an operation office in HCMC, we have more than 500 young and talented members with expert knowledge and experience in the e-commerce industry.
We are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only US e-commerce market but also to enter new e-commerce markets of more than 15 countries in Europe, Asia and North America, not only Amazon channel but also Walmart, Wayfair among others. Besides, Home sporting goods, Furniture, Outdoor and Gardening are also great opportunities that we desire to occupy and create significant values. With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end-to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
1. New product development (70%)
Project Management: Oversee product launches to ensure alignment with company KPIs, collaborating with stakeholders to quickly resolve issues and optimize lead times, while participating in decision-making processes.
Data Analysis & Insights: Partner with the Product Research Analytics team to conduct thorough market research, analyze trends, competitive landscapes, and consumer demographics to identify opportunities and threats, providing insights for new product development.
Strategic Recommendations: Work closely with Product Research Analytics, CMI, and Product Marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance product offerings and market fit.
Automated Processes: Propose and implement automated workflows to streamline pre-launch activities and boost efficiency.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of newly launched products, evaluate results against targets, and recommend improvements based on performance data.
2. Sales execution (30%)
Sales Execution: Execute sales strategies on e-commerce platforms to drive revenue, manage product listings, optimize pricing, and develop promotional campaigns.
Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute sales campaigns, tracking their performance and adjusting strategies to maximize results.
Platform Operations: Manage daily operations on e-commerce platforms, including inventory management, order processing, and monitoring platform performance.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge
Bachelor‘s Degree and above.
E-commerce knowledge (Amazon).
2. Skills
Data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheet)
Be able to draw market insights and make business proposal
Have management skills for multi projects
Collaboration and interpersonal skills
Have negotiation and communication skills with stakeholders
Functional management skills, proven leadership.
Nice to have: Using Power BI, SQL
3. Experience
1-3 years of experience in a similar role in E-commerce/Business Analysis/ Market Research/ Product Development/ Category Management or similar roles.
