Job Description

Position: Marketing Executive - FMCG

Working place: Nguyen Luong Bang, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

Working hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 – 18:00

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Brand Marketing Execution – Whitening Toothpaste (Key Responsibility)
Product Innovation: Assist Brand Manager to develop product 6Ps fitted for DCom & manage timing to launch on time in full.
Communication & Online Brand Activities: Develop & execute social-first content that resonates deeply with local cultural nuances & latest trends.
IMC Plan & Execution: Plan & execute IMC for new innovation launch.
Budget Planning & Tracking: Manage brand budget planning and tracking.
Digital Commerce Responsibilities
Manage and execute Digital Commerce and Omni-channel activities in line with brand and marketing plans.
Oversee product content and merchandising across online channels: update product information, images, descriptions, pricing, and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Support online sales campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions to achieve revenue and marketing KPIs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Background & Experience
Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Marketing/Branding, preferably in Beauty/Personal Care.
Hands-on experience in Digital Commerce / Omni-channel (DCOM/PSO) is mandatory, particularly in product management, promotions, and online content.
Skills
Solid understanding of Digital Commerce / Omni-channel fundamentals: product page optimization, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams.
Highly organized, proactive, flexible, and creative with strong brand and product awareness.
