About The Role
Senior Account Executive (PR) is a communications professional who is capable of handling a wide range of projects and clients with a high degree of independence and sound judgement. Senior Account Executive has the ability and experience to play a primary, independent implementation role in client work. This person must possess a deep understanding of PR in Vietnam and be able to come up with creative initiatives to help clients solve their business or communication objectives.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the daily client contact and take the lead on client interactions when appropriate.
- Oversee the quality and operational performance of accounts, ensuring high standards and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with an internal team (Planning, Creative, Data) to deliver on strategic plan, execution actions to meet client’s objectives.
- Collaborate with existing clients and team members to identify business needs and objectives, crafting strategies and plans to achieve the clients’ goals.
- Act as the anchor for project teams, ensuring accountability, tracking timelines, and delivering on client deadlines with the highest quality of work.
- Liaise with existing clients, prospective clients, vendors, and internal teams, attending meetings, tracking progress and ensure proper action taken
- Perform administrative tasks to make sure the business is run smoothly including tracking, recording, and ensuring timely payments from clients and to vendors.
- Demonstrate proficiency in crafting effective communications materials, including internal and client correspondence, communications plans, press materials, pitch deck, speeches, training materials.
- Demonstrate familiarity and stability in managing events, vendors, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong media relations across industries, influencer relation being a plus.
- Understand clients' businesses and identify opportunities to expand services and grow our business with them.
- Play a key role in researching, planning, and developing comprehensive communications marketing campaigns and new business proposals.
- Participate as an engaged, positive, and supportive team member, helping colleagues to learn and grow in their roles.
- Providing guidance and support for junior members in the team.
- 2-3 years of experience in PR, Communication, or IMC projects, either in an agency or corporate team. Experience managing multiple accounts and client relationships is a plus.
- Strong ability to oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality work and timely delivery.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong media relationships across industries, with the ability to leverage networks for client visibility.
- Skilled in developing content such as communication plans, articles, interviews, speeches, and press materials in both Vietnamese and English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in client correspondence, press releases, presenting strategies, negotiation, and leading meetings.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to find effective solutions for both client and internal tasks.
- Capable of collaborating across teams, clients, vendors, and media partners.
- Attention to detail, including tracking payments and maintaining accurate records of transactions for timely processing.
