We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (PM) to lead and oversee ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) development and integration projects. This role requires strong technical understanding, project management discipline, and the ability to manage multi-phase development cycles across engineering, testing, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle ADAS project management , from planning, resource allocation, and equipment coordination to execution and delivery.
• Manage project phases, milestones, and spins , ensuring progress aligns with technical specifications, quality targets, and overall program schedule.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including hardware, software, validation, and vehicle integration to ensure alignment and scalability.
• Forecast, allocate, and monitor resources (personnel, tools, equipment) to optimize project efficiency and balance workloads across teams.
• Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely reporting and escalation where necessary.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, OEM partners, and internal stakeholders to drive issue resolution and maintain project momentum.
• Support change management , BOM tracking, and technical document control through structured PM processes.
• Work with cross-regional teams (including China and global partners) to ensure seamless communication and integration of deliverables.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and scalability planning for future ADAS programs.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Automotive, Mechatronics, or related technical field .
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in Automotive or ADAS development .
• Strong understanding of automotive development processes (V-model, ASPICE, or similar) .
• Proven experience managing multi-phase technical programs , including prototypes, validation, and production readiness.
• Demonstrated ability to manage resources, schedules, and budgets across complex engineering projects.
• Solid problem-solving and risk management capabilities, with attention to detail and delivery under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Proficiency in English (mandatory) ; Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage .
• Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent) and enterprise systems (SAP, PLM) preferred.
