1. Administration
* Office Administration
Coordinate and manage meetings and schedule to prevent duplicate bookings
Maintain general office files and other files related to the company's operations
Manage, track stock of office supplies, equipment, and furniture and place orders when necessary
Manage taxi cards, company grab account, phone line, internet
Register, manage business card and parking space for employee
Collect bills, invoices, check debit of services provider and submit to Accounting Department monthly
Contact maintenance services if problems happen
Other office administration tasks arise
* HR Administration
Create user/email and ensure to connect printers, scan folder for employee and manage employee information
Set up working space, equipment and other office facilities for employee
Coordinate with HR Administrator for annual health check-up, annual accident contract renewal
Conduct the company events such as year-end party, company trip, Women's Day
Purchase and prepare TET gifts for the company
Other tasks as assigned by BOD/ HR Manager
2. Recruitment activities support
Post and advertise job through various channels, such as recruitment channel, social media and professional networks
Establish and enhance Employer Brand by manage and improve content on recruitment channels, social media channels and internal activities
Participate in Job fairs and support in-house recruitment events
3. Reception
Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant office/personnel
Receive and transfer calls, Fax to proper internal extension
Receive and manage daily mails/ deliverer/ couriers
Book flight, hotel, car rental for BOD, employees for business trip
Support other recruitment tasks as assigned if any

* Requirements:
Open for Fresh Graduates who has interest in administration and recruitment job and can work full time after internship
Good communication 4 skills in both Vietnamese and English
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solving
Careful, proactive, responsible, creative and result-oriented
Be able to work independently or in team
Comfortable handling confidential information

Công ty thường xuyên trễ lương, không đóng BHXH cho nhân viên
Làm thêm giờ thì cũng không tính lương OT. Tình hình dịch bệnh không hỗ trợ nhân viên mà còn trừ lương của nhân viên.
Công ty lách luật ký hợp đồng dịch vụ để công ty không cần đóng bảo hiểm xã hội. Công ty trả lương trễ cho nhân viên. Thưởng hay tặng gì cũng quy ra voucher đi taxi.
