• Develop and implement a diverse and engaging entertainment program for guests of all ages, including live shows, music performances, games, and other activities
• Manage and supervise a team of entertainment staff, including performers, technicians, and other crew members
• Collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage, to create unique and cohesive entertainment experiences
• Plan and oversee special events and themed nights, ensuring they are executed flawlessly
• Maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in all entertainment offerings
• Monitor and manage the entertainment budget, ensuring all expenses are within budget and identifying areas for cost-saving measures
• Continuously seek out new and innovative entertainment ideas to keep our guests engaged and entertained
• Handle any guest complaints or issues related to entertainment, and take appropriate action to resolve them
• Ensure all entertainment activities comply with safety regulations and company policies
•Train and develop entertainment staff to maintain high standards of performance and customer service

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, performing arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the cruise industry
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful entertainment programs
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Creative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Knowledge of technical aspects of entertainment, including sound, lighting, and stage management
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
