• Commercially promoting Zannier Bãi San Hô in the local Vietnamese and APAC region
• Contracting APAC trade partners for Zannier Bãi San Hô and achieving a steady flow of business
• Managing the cooperation with our APAC Sales Offices and driving them to produce
• Sales calls locally and internationally as required
• Travel to the resort to conduct site inspections, welcoming and hosting fam trips, client entertainment on site
• Conducting product presentations, trainings and webinars
• Strategically and pro-actively executing all sales initiatives for Zannier Hotels as launched by the DOSM/Head Office
• Close cooperation with the DOSM in regard to Direct Consumer sales
• Key account and database management
• Constant sourcing of new potential business partners and sales opportunities
• Obtaining market intelligence relevant to the hotels
• Assisting the DOSM in preparations of presentations, SWOT analysis, market research, sales action plans etc.
• Good understanding and regular review of KPIs (occupancy, ADR, RevPar etc.)
• Attendance at selected trade shows with the objective to generate business and new leads
• Managing all follow-ups of sales calls and trade shows, impeccable updating of database
• Regular communication with the GM and resort team, ensuring reservations, VIPs, high profile inspections, weddings and events are managed and coordinated well by operational departments
• Produce comprehensive rate comparisons and competitor surveys upon request
• Managing the Sales Manager based in HCM and assisting with local corporate, MICE and trade sales in the domestic market
• Generate group leads and handle requests from proposal stage to handover to the operations
• Pursue PR opportunities where possible
• Weekly and monthly reporting (activity, market intel)
• Any other sales-related task as assigned by the DOSM
