JOB DESCRIPTION
• Monitor and manage all accounting operations (transaction & system) of the company.
• Be responsible for all statutory reports in compliance with local regulations & accounting standards, including financial audit report.
• Be responsible for interpretation of monthly management accounts and reports.
• Be in charge of all tax matters of the subsidiaries within the company
• Be responsible for sales analysis & cash/debtor collection. Enforcement of Credit Policy.
• Be responsible for all payment processes
• Monitor all company assets, including insurance & security arrangements.
• Be responsible for cash flow plan, including forecasting & monitoring the plan vs actual deliver.
• Monthly/ quarterly / yearly tax filings (FCT/ VAT/ PIT/ CIT/ statistic report/ others) in compliance with current tax regulations/ Vietnam Accounting Standard (VAS).
• Be responsible for managing and review OVH budgets for efficiency/ cost-reduction
• Other works assigned by line manager
REQUIREMENTS
• English: Business level.
• SAP experience
• Accounting background and at least 4-5 year experiences
• Hold chief account certificate is a plus
• Prefer in FMCG / F&B section
