SUMMARY:
Senior Product Development is responsible for participating in the creation and development of new products as well as improving existing ones. This position manages, analyzes, and measures the effectiveness of strategies to optimize profits.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develop and manage the product strategy, product roadmap, and financial product portfolio deployed on the MFast platform, ensuring alignment with the company's business strategy at all times.
Develop and launch new products and/or improve existing products on the MFast platform, ensuring their relevance and effective support for the company's business plan at all times.
Organize product operations, including: regularly building, maintaining, and optimizing the system of processes, templates, and product configurations on the core software system to ensure accurate and efficient product deployment and operation.
Collaborate with related units (Finance, Risk Management, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to build and operate product pricing models, manage and propose product pricing policies in line with the company's business objectives at all times. Manage, analyze, measure effectiveness, and implement strategies to optimize the company's financial product portfolio periodically.
Collect, process, analyze, and report market information, industry trends, and competitors' actions periodically.
Participate in developing and implementing business strategy, setting goals, operational budgets, and plans to achieve the company's business objectives.
Seek, contact, and identify cooperation opportunities with business partners.
Collaborate with company departments to evaluate feasibility and build cooperation models and plans with partners.
Participate in negotiating commercial terms; supervise and expedite the progress of cooperation with partners to ensure adherence to the approved cooperation model and plan, as well as consistency with the company's direction and business objectives at all times.
Maintain regular communication and care with existing partners to capture, identify, and promptly implement new cooperation opportunities.
Manage business projects: build projects, set goals, manage progress, budget, and coordinate project resources, ensuring projects are implemented on schedule, meet quality/goal requirements, and hand over completed projects to Business Units for deployment and exploitation.At least 3 years of experience in a similar position or equivalent work at a retail bank, consumer finance company, or Fintech company operating in the buy-now-pay-later sector.
Proven track record in implementing new business models and achieving growth in revenue/profit.
Good English speaking and writing skills.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment to handle multiple projects simultaneously and with various stakeholders.Laptop
