• Fulfill equipment sales orders in the North including office multi-function devices (photocopier/printer), production printing machines, return machines from customer to warehouse, lending machines to customer, arrange machine to event
• Cooperate with LSP (Logistics suppliers) to arrange the delivery to customer in time before installation is proceeded by Service team.
• Proceed and manage on spot customs clearance in the North including prepare customs documentation such as commercial invoices, packing list, goods delivery note providing to LSPs and manage the clearance lead time before assign the delivery order.
• Manage and arrange paper delivery to customers in the North
• Prepare the form and submit for import license to National Single window system with support from planning team.
• Follow up and keep track of LSPs performance to secure smooth logistics operation
• Periodically check and compare stock on-hand between our system and LSPs system to prevent gap variance
• Record and report to team leader/ manager in a timely manner
