ABOUT YOUR ROLE (Mô tả chung về công việc):
The Production Planning Team Leader prepares business related analyses and research for Supply Chain, especially in Planning. The individual prepares forecasts, analyzes trends related to Planning and uses the analyses to compile and prepare reports, graphs and charts of data and/or ensure efficiency. This position will take responsibilities for Cambodia's production lines and base in Vietnam.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (Các trách nhiệm đảm đương):
• Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the teamsuch as: attendance/vacation schedule, involve in recruiting , on boarding for new team member
• Prepare operational schedules and coordinate manufacturing activities to ensure production and quality of products meet specifications. May develop the master schedule for production or manufacturing.
• Monitor team member performace by task delegation, follow and solve related issue for daily working , KPI set up and follow up
• Coordinate with Production team and Customer Service team to ensure service control of designated Product line
• Providing timely analyse and information for Supevisor to achieve deparment goals and objectives
• Maintain and follow up planning process, prepare the CAPA if any missing or violate SOP process of team membersWHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU (Các yêu cầu tuyển dụng cần có):
• Bachelor's degree. 3-5 years related experience.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills and detail-oriented.
• Ability to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirements.
• Ability to conduct research, prepare comprehensive reports and present complex statistical information in a clear and succinct fashion.
• Ability to work well with all levels of management and employees.
• General Supply Chain, Materials Management, and Logistics knowledge.
• Familiarity in process documentation and improvement.
• Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Microsoft Office is a must, Power BI, VBA, Python are preferable
• Excellent project management skills.
• Green Belt or ELS certification preferred.
• Fluently in English is a must and Chinese is a plus.
• Willing to travel between Vietnam and Cambodia base on business requirements.Thưởng
