KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE

1. Understand the company's business strategies, build a business ecosystem in the local country or region, and take responsibility for improving the business environment and managing key issues in the local country or region.

2. Establish sound communication channels with relevant government agencies, regulatory organizations, think tanks, scholars, industry associations, and social organizations to ensure, support, and promote business development.

3. Plan public relations activities, exhibitions and forums, actively contribute to local society and community, demonstrate corporate social responsibility, and build a good corporate image.

Professional Knowledge

1. Gain insight into industry policies (5G/AI/cloud/better connectivity) and identify policy opportunities and risks.

2. Building and Stakeholders (Government informatization management departments, industry organizations, standards organizations, industry think tanks, etc.) Good communication channels, build up the image of the company's industry leader.

3. Through communication and interaction with stakeholders, guide macro industry policies and short- and medium-term business policies that are conducive to the healthy development of the industry and the long-term development of the company's business.

Business Skills

1. Strong interpersonal understanding skills and ability to quickly establish good trust relationships with different organizations and individuals.

2. Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and excellent written and oral expression skills;

3. Strategic thinking, policy insight and project management capabilities.

4. Bachelor's degree up above. Prefer: Major in public relations, public policy, news communication, marketing, cross-cultural communication, communications, computer, mathematics, AI, etc.

5. Proficient in English or Chinese (bilingual will be an advantage)
