KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE

- Read and analyze the bidding requirements, make the biding document structure and plan accordingly

- Follow the Bid progress, coordinate and push the team to catch up with deadline

- In charge of and coordinate with team to review the quality of Bid document, quick response to team if any issues to find solution

- Fully support the Bidding team during the Bidding period, include but not limit to prepare the template, combine and format document, prepare the hardcopy, prepare related stationery...

- Organize the review process on Internal System during Bidding period

- Continuously update the information about Bidding law and regulation; support the Sales team to find bidding related information on National Bidding System; give advice about Bidding Regulation and related information if any request

- Keep improve the format/quality of Bid Document, prepare related template (if any) to make the Bid preparation process become more smooth

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Education Requirement

- Bachelor degree, preferred Major: Economics, Business, Chinese language. Graduate in 2024, 2025, 2026, not require working experience.

- Understand Vietnam Bidding law and related Regulation

- Familiar with project and bidding procedure

- Chinese: fluent, English: be able to use in working.

Skill Requirement

- Excellent time-management and planning skill, able to work multi-tasks under high pressure, willing to work Overtime.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill: have ability to coordinate and push Bidding team follow the deadline, as well as working with other team/partner to support for the Bid preparation, including Vietnamese and English/Chinese

- Good at document skills, including Office Word, Excel, PPT

- Careful, pay attention to detail; quick reaction for issues

* Working time and benefits:
