Manager SAP ABAP Developer is technical professional responsible for leading and executing SAP ABAP development projects. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex SAP solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical expertise in ABAP programming. Manager SAP ABAP Developer plays a crucial role in driving innovation, optimizing performance, and ensuring the successful implementation of SAP projects:

• Customize standard SAP applications to meet specific business needs.
• Implement enhancements to existing SAP modules and functionalities.
• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and external systems using ABAP.
• Identify and resolve performance issues within SAP applications.
• Optimize ABAP code for improved system performance.
• Document technical specifications, program logic, and user guides.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for all ABAP development activities.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues related to ABAP development.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teams.
• Work closely with SAP functional teams, business analysts, and other developers to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams and contribute to the overall success
• Lead and guide a team of ABAP developers in the design and implementation of SAP solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, SAP updates, and emerging technologies.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience on SAP S/4 HANA or ECC implementation in position of ABAP
• Experience in ASAP implementation methodology.
• Experience on RICEFW development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows)
• Experience on integration through Database intermediate, File and Web services.
• Deep knowledge of the business and system processes of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP. etc.)
• Experience on PI Integration, SAP Ariba, BI/BO, Data Warehouse etc. will be a good point.
• Good at logical thinking and computer scientist literacy
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
