Job Description
- Learning & Development:
- Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs to improve employee skills and support career development.
- Conduct training needs assessments and develop tailored training plans to address knowledge gaps.
- Partner with department heads to identify L&D needs and create bespoke learning interventions.
- Implement e-learning and blended learning solutions to maximize learning effectiveness and accessibility.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes.
- Organizational Development:
- Lead organizational development initiatives such as performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and change management.
- Develop and execute strategies for employee engagement and retention in collaboration with the HR team.
- Facilitate leadership coaching and mentoring programs to support leaders and managers in driving team performance.
- Analyze organizational performance and provide insights for improving organizational structure and processes.
- Change Management:
- Lead change management efforts across the organization, ensuring smooth transitions during times of organizational change.
- Support leaders in driving change initiatives and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Talent Management & Succession Planning:
- Work with HR and leadership teams to implement a robust talent management strategy, identifying high-potential employees and key positions for succession.
- Develop programs to accelerate the readiness of future leaders and critical roles within the organization.
- Performance Management:
- Support and enhance the performance management process, ensuring alignment with company objectives and employee growth.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on conducting performance appraisals and delivering constructive feedback.
- Culture & Engagement:
- Drive initiatives to promote a strong organizational culture aligned with company values.
- Organize employee engagement programs and conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and implement initiatives based on feedback.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in learning and organizational development, including leadership training, performance management, and change management.
- Proven experience in talent management and succession planning.
- Efficient project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with senior leaders and manage stakeholders across the organization.
