1. TikTok Shop Operation (40%): Perform daily operation of sales campaign, promotion, image and pricing; Work with partners / co-worker to optimize promotion, ensure maximum visibility for best campaign delivery; Follow & execute base-on Commercial plan monthly and livestream plan weekly/monthly to ensure deliver target; Support Customer Service team to solve problems/complaints of customers raised via platform. Do market research and observe activities of competitors to track competitiveness; 2. Inhouse Livestream Operation (60%): Work with TTS Campaign Management & Streamer to create a new concept for Livestream inhouse. Stand by supporting livestreamer in Lixibox Channel (100 hours per month) Report to and perform duties as assigned by Manager ; Coordinating to perform other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.Qualification and Experience: Education: Bachelor Degree in related fields. Experience: at least 1+ years of similar experience Previous exposure to cosmetics, health and beauty products and acknowledge about Tik Tok Shop is preferred. Skill Sets: Have excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver concepts and ideas with clarity. Computing: MS Office, especially Excel.
