Mô tả Công việc
- Build, review & enrich rolling monthly & weekly sales forecast (to lowest level: item, area, depot), intergrating commercial targets, internal & external events
- Build and challenge volume projection for commercial activities & new products
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, i.e Sales, Central Planning, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing & Trade Marketing to deliver demand plans
- Review KPI performance, define (potential) root-causes & action plans to improve forecast accuracy, process & risk mitigations
- Lead/participate assigned planning improvement activities
- Participate in Weekly Demand & Supply Review meeting and other related meetings in S&OP process where required
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Background:
- S&OP Process & Demand Planning.
- Experience in FMCG business preferred
- Basic commercial, financial & supply understanding
- Clear business understanding of the E2E process. To be able to understand connections between DP and other business activities.
Skills:
- Excel advanced, Power Point
- Experience with planning tools
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Analytical skills
- Pro-active and creative. Can-do mentality
- Stakeholder management skill
