- Conduct social compliance audits in plants & subcontractors, handle risk assessments, follow up corrective actions, and conduct safety programs.
- Ensure factory environment compliances, targets are maintained as per the standards of buyers and governments.
- Contribute to the development and revision of policies, guidelines, formats / manuals, tools and procedures, in particular to social compliance requirements.
- Conduct basic health & safety trainings, fire-fighting/ first aid/ ergonomics/ chemical trainings.
- Prepare Legal Documentation.
- Coordinate to process the onboarding for new customer/ new factory.
- Conduct weekly/ quarterly HSE audits in plants, follow up HSE status and corrective actions (if request).
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
