Ensuring the implementation of the latest quality standards
Develop, manage, and maintain all QA processes, plans, and procedures required to execute all ongoing projects
Conducting internal quality training/workshops with project teams to ensure the implementation of ASPICE / ISO26262 SW standards
Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities within the quality management system
Support in establishing quality management agreements and maintaining them throughout the project lifecycle
Manage ASPICE Quality Reports / ISO26262- 6 Quality Reports
Advisory function with regard to quality plans and quality agreements

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the automotive industry
Knowledge about ASPICE SWE1 – SWE6, ISO26262 – Chapter 6 (Embedded SW Development), AGILE/ Waterfall/ Scrum
Ability to adapt to changing
3~5 years experience
Effective communication and analytical skill with high level of commitment, flexibility, creativity, initiative, teamwork and StartUp mindset
Very good knowledge of test management/ Product Life Cycle tools
A certification in the field of software quality assurance at advanced level, if not, you can do it with us and we will build on your in- depth knowledge
Good at MS office and presentation
Bachelor/Master graduation in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent degree
Very good knowledge of common test tools in the areas of capture/ replay, load and performance testing
Have a clear job goal orientation, positive attitude, responsibility, honesty
Ability to communicate well in English
Work long- term with company
Ability to work in a high pressure environment, teamwork skills
Compliance with rules, regulations and high discipline
