Function: Marketing and Proposition | Department: Customer Insights and Propositions Planning
Role: Individual Contributor
Position Objective:
• Primarily responsible for supporting data analysis and planning, and support defining user requirements related of Marketing and Proposition function
• Works collaboratively with the Propositions team, IT and other stakeholders to ensure that collects all necessary data for analysis and provide insights respectively
• Prepare all the MOM, presentation template for Marketing and Proposition function
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis and Reporting Preparation (80%)
• Clean, organize, manipulate and create visually appealing and informative charts, graphs, and pivot tables, other functions in excel to present data insights effectively
• Works with partners and members of the research team to propose and implement analytical approaches to solving specific questions.
• Creating data models and scenarios to perform what-if analysis and forecast future trends.
• Provide variance analysis explanations to upper management.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
2. BAU & Admin tasks (20%)
• Prepare and setup all frequent meetings of Marketing & Proposition and any other adhoc meetings required to related stakeholders
• Prepares MOM, presentation sets and collect inputs from Marketing and Proposition
• Performs a range of activities to support proposition planning and customer insights results.
• Performs other related work as needed.Requirements:
• Education: Business/ Economics/ Finances/ Mathematics
• Proven from 2 years of working experience in data analysis / business analysis/ accounting in 2-3 years
• Certification / Licenses required: University graduate or undergraduate in Business/ Economics/ Finances/ Mathematics
• Skills (technical skill): Solid analytical skill and business sense
• Will (soft skill): Demonstrate abilities of Problem Solving & Team-work
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and SQL
• Intermediate English proficiencyThưởng
