- Update the vacant position in each department and follow up approved headcount plan
- Search and screen to select suitable and good candidates
- Contact candidate and arrange interview with related department head's attendance
- Follow up interview appraisal and record accordingly. Contact successful candidate to offer the job
- Create Recruitment data base, update the rejected candidate in HR System, send email to rejected candidates, build up relationship with Headhunters
- Upload finger print for new employees, input their personal information and maintain employee profile and Personal File & other HR administration works
- Make Weekly recruitment Report for the whole company
- Other assignments as directed by manager
- Following up with Heads of Departments, for Interview, selection and appointment at appropriate salary
- Follow up with new employee for missing documents for updating personal File.
