Job Description
Management quality control system at the factories and subcontractors:
• To take highest responsibility with the BOD for the garments quality within the control scope (the garments quality of the factories in the Zone).
• To receive the product quality requirements from the buyers for each kind of the product then must deploy exactly, straight forward the specific requirement to QA team, Director and management of the Factories/ subcontractors to understood and implementation.
• To support QA team and factories/ subcontractors during implement orders, special orders have strictly quality requirements.
• To arrange QAs properly in the Zone to achieve high efficiency at work & cost saving.
• To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the garments quality management system at the factories/ subcontractors to suggest improment ideas to enhance garments quality and buyers satisfication.
• To prepare, arrange QA & welcome the audit group for the QMS of the buyers or 3rd parties at the factories/ subcontractors.
Organizing & implementation:
• To arrange QA to audit, observe the quality compliance at each stage follow the approved procedures, techpak, samples to assure that the garment meet requirements before Pre-final, final inspection.
• To assure QA team within management scope must do the size set/ pilot, random, Pre-final, final inspections and update into the GTAS-QC rightly as regulation.
• To review the quality reports from QA, GTAS-QC to work with Factory Director and find out the properly corrective solutions, must pass final 100%.
• Organizing the implementation and handling of work in the garment quality management system to achieve high efficiency- right first time, meet the quality requirements of customers and the Company's objectives
• Organizing and monitoring QA team to check Size set, Pilot, Inline, Mid -Line, Prefinal/ Final inspection before the Final audit.
Work handling:
• Base on the quality report, analyse data and risk assessment relating to garments quality to work with QA team, Factory Director to have corrective actions and continuous improvement then update CAP to Customers.
• To solve situations relating to the quality, special when buyer/ 3rd party does the
final inspection and if have risk to fail the final inspection.
To advice for QA Director/ Vice Director about the garments quality strategy:
• Base on the quality standard and complex, risks of each division, style, buyer, QA Zone Manager had responsibility to advice QA Director/ Vice Director to have properly strategy for each buyer.
Building the good relationship with the buyers:
• To build the good relationship with the buyers via the commitment, implementation and continually quality improvement to satisfy their requirements.
• To serve the buyers cleverly and nicely.
• To support the buyers over their expectations.
• To support the garments technical if the buyers need help.
Training:
• To organize training the quality requirements of the new style for the QA team and factory before production.
• To plan & organize the training for QA team about the QA skills and professional knowledge to control the garments quality during production to reduce risks for the final inspection.
• To train for QA team about the skills to serve and make good relationship with the buyers.
• To train the KPIs of QA dept. to each QA to understood and implement.
Organizing operations to achieve the assigned KPIs:
• To register KPIs yearly/ quarterly/ monthly of QA Zone.
• To allocate KPIs to each QA to implement and measure as Company regulation.
• To evaluate KPIs performance monthly/ quarterly/ yearly of each QA and report to
QA Director/ Vice Director.
• To advance the corrective actions timely if not meet KPIs.
Required working experience
• More than 05 years being manager in the Garment industry
• Experience to manage the QMS.
