1. Monitors rooms status and discrepancies
2. Assists subordinates during peak hours.
3. Conduces daily briefing.
4. Monitors guest registration cards ensuring that staffs adhere to the standard required and “Guest Profile” data key-in standard.
5. Checks and updates room status with Housekeeping on an on going daily basis.
6. Ensures cashiers check-out folios are correct, ensuring that the various types of vouchers are attached.
7. Ensures that the Lost Interface folio has been cleared daily.
8. Monitors all arriving guest through guest Arrival List ensuring that the rates, set-up, and guest requirements are all following-up.
9. Ensures the strict control of room & safety box keys.
10. Ensures that all guests are pre-registered.
11. Ensures the efficient operation of all Front Office departments at night
12. Ensures that the Log Book of all shifts are up-to-date and briefed to all staff.
13. Handles all Front Office filing system and ensure that all document are up-date.
14. Ensures proper flow and operational coordination of transporting check-in guest to their villas and departing guests to the Cashier for check-out.
15. Controls the VAT check are printed out after the folio is closed.
16. Ensures that all employees report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all times.
17. Assist in the building of and efficient team of employees by taking and active interest in their welfare, safety, training and development.
18. Ensures that all employees have a complete understanding of, and adhere to the hotel’s policy and procedures.
19. Conducts training courses for new employees, and regular “refresher” courses for newly hired and existing employees as well as all trainees.
20. Ensures that all employees have been trained according to all Mini-SOP. Keep all record and summit to Training Department.
21. Ensures that all departmental reports and correspondence are completed punctually and accurately.
22. Evaluates staff performance when required.
23. Monitors staff attendance and staff scheduling and ensures that the manpower is match with the daily working load, base on daily activities.
24. Responds to any changes as dictated by the hotel.
