► Talent Acquisition
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the understanding of their needs & expectations then compile a consistent list of requirements, develop job descriptions, job specifications for roles.
• Execute comprehensive recruitment process from identifying talents, planning interview schedule and conducting interviews and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Proceed and ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary procedures are completed promptly and accurately.
• Cooperate with team to implement employer branding initiatives and activities to enhance company's brand in talent market, including participating in relevant events...
• Keep track of hiring metrics with consistent and correct data and make use of such data to provide insights, dashboard that allow strategic decision-making process regarding recruitment improvement.
► Performance Management
• Implement the performance evaluation process twice a fiscal year according to the company's regulations.
• Provide ongoing support and explanation to employees on the Performance Management process and follow-up to ensure effective and timely implementation of the process.
• Support in implementing the level up and promotion process according to the company's regulations.
► Learning & Development
• Coordinate with internal trainers and external suppliers to develop training courses and programs.
• Conduct or facilitate required and recommended training sessions.
• Propose & support activities to develop the company's learning culture as well as internal communications and engagement activities.
► Compensation & Benefits
• Oversee the full cycle of payroll and PIT (including PIT Finalization), SHUI.
• Do Monthly Incentive/Commission/Allowance/ Rewards Calculation.
• Manage Staff's Attendance, Leaves records.
• Do Labor Contract Termination and contact Social Health Offices and Labor Authority on providing Labor Book, Social Insurance Books for Leaving Staffs.
• Update newcomers tracking and contract database and provide follow-up action as needed (renew, increment, leaving).
• Give notice to stakeholders before the contract expires and probation term ends.
• Prepare and renew Labor Contract.
• Manage personnel information (Profiles, Graduation Certificates, Criminal Records and other required documents).
• Monthly report to relevant departments. Fulfill local report requirements following templates of local authorities (Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs (DOLISA), Immigration department, ...).
• Implement the report for the state per legal regulations and the manager's request.
• Communicate with employees the HR related policies/ guidelines/ information for the transparent understanding and consistent and implementation of the company.
• Develop and implement company policies in accordance with laws and internal policies.
• Participate in Human Resources related actions for the Digital transformation project.
• Stay up to date with new laws and regulations concerning HR, including changes in employee benefits, PIT, overtime, and other related matters.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by superiors to support the efficient functioning of the HR.

Yêu cầu công việc
► Education and Experience
• A bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, law, English, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a HR role.
• Good understanding of HR functions in general.
► Required Skills/Abilities:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good at verbal and written communication skills, in both Vietnamese and English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Careful, proactive, paying attention to detail and willing to learn new things.
► Working Conditions and Benefits:
• Working Place: TTC Building, No. 19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi City
• Working time: Monday to Friday
• Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
• Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
• Annual Salary Increase: once per year
• Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
