RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS:
Strategy Development & Implementation:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the hotel’s overall marketing goals and revenue objectives.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
Website Management:
Oversee the hotel’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, optimized for SEO, and up-to-date with accurate content, promotions, and booking options.
Collaborate with IT and design teams to enhance the website’s functionality and user experience.
Social Media Management:
Manage the hotel's presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), including creating content calendars, engaging with followers, and running paid advertising campaigns.
Monitor social media trends, hotel reviews, and user feedback to maintain a positive online reputation.
Content Creation & Management:
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written) to engage and attract potential guests.
Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with hotel promotions, events, and marketing goals.
Online Advertising & Campaigns:
Plan and execute online advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and OTAs (Online Travel Agencies).
Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.
Email Marketing & CRM:
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated drip campaigns.
Use CRM tools to segment audiences and personalize communications to enhance guest engagement and loyalty.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor, track, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM data.
Provide regular reports and insights to the management team, suggesting actionable improvements.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with sales, revenue management, and operations teams to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives.
Collaborate with external agencies and vendors for specialized tasks such as SEO, PPC, and content creation.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and a strong ROI for all activities.
Innovation & Trend Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, industry developments, and new technologies.
Propose and implement new digital initiatives to keep the hotel competitive in the online space.

Yêu cầu công việc
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM software, and CMS platforms.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Certifications: Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant digital marketing certifications are preferred.
