Job description:
1.Import and export management specialist:
a. Responsible for import customs clearance management, including the import of raw materials for vacuum cleaners, rice cookers, induction cookers, electric fans, electric heaters, BBQ grills, toasters and other products, as well as the import customs clearance management of production and manufacturing machines, molds, and prototypes;
b. Responsible for the dispatch of import trailers. After customs clearance is completed, promptly communicate with the trailer agent for the transportation of the imported containers back to the factory;
c. Review of import fees and tariffs and reimbursement of bills of lading;
d. Coordinate and organize import data and conduct cost reduction analysis;
e. Communicate and process information with shipping companies, forwarders, suppliers, plan dept, warehouses, and finance dept.
2.Import and export bonded management specialist:
a. Responsible for the classification and bonded management of imported raw materials for home appliances;
b. Responsible for the classification management of imported manufacturing machines, molds, and prototypes;
c. Responsible for the classification and bonded write-off management of exported finished product, as well as the write-off management of reverse export of raw materials;
d. Responsible for handling documents such as certificate of origin of export products;
e. Follow-up and handling of customs issues during the import and export process;
f. Import and export customs bonded account book management and output;
g. Compliance management of import and export business, output and implementation of compliance requirements.
Skill requirements:
1. Be familiar with Vietnam's import and export customs procedures;
2. Be familiar with the knowledges related to bonded import of raw materials;
3. Proficient both in Vietnamese and Chinese.
4.More than two years of customs work experience.
