Purpose:
To support QA Manager to plan and drive the implementation of the Quality Management System and quality improvement projects to assure its compliance with ISO9001 requirements and to create the competitiveness of the business in Quality assurance by Plan and coordinate with relevant functions to implement the activities related document control system, internal/external audits as well as product registration to ensure the compliance to quality management system ISO 9001 and local requirement
Responsibilities:
Ensure the ISO 9001 document system is in place and well maintained
Plan and coordinate with involve teams in execution to ensure the ISO Internal / External Quality Audit conducted as scheduled and the quality management system's scope is fully coverage
Coordinate and follow up action plans of internal/ external audit's results with related departments
Support function manager in quality plan setting up
Consolidation the Management Review data/ information
Follow up the actions from QMR with involved functions till completion
Conduct registration and self-declaration for the new product launch and formulation changed to ensure compliance with local requirements.
Take charge for SSV at Quality site: follow up status, keep track on supplier's improvement/ actions taken
Proactively work with local suppliers to support for system and quality improvement activities at their site
Conduct suppliers/tollers assessment SQA, prepare report and monitor action plan accordingly
Conduct process confirmation periodically at BD plant to initiate process improvement
Update Quality Law/ Legislation administration
Working with suppliers and tollers for quality monitoring and improvement projects
Generates quality information by preparing required reports and maintaining relevant records.
Provides assistance, gives advice and distributes information to customers, suppliers, sales and internal departments related to product quality.
Plan and lead team to do the incoming check for RM/PM
Ensuring all testing methods are developed, standardized, documented, trained and applied properly by QC team.
Ensuring testing results are properly recorded, filed for tracking and analysis
Highlight the trend of RM quality to relevant functions and coordinate with RDI/Prod in order to have in advance adjustment to eliminate the issues happen at shop-floor
Coordinate with RDI/Pur/Prod and work with supplier.
Coordinating involved functions to investigate for root cause and have corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
Work with Pur to follow up, ensure actions at supplier site are properly completed
Ensuring NCR/PCAR are recorded and documented
Work as a packaging engineering to develop the testing method, plan and conduct the testing for new pack/NPD.
Conduct the test to solve the customer complaints for pack
Do investigation to define root cause of issue and propose initiatives for improvement
Proactively work with relevant function and supplier to ensure action well followed up and issues are properly addressed
Take charge for SSV at Quality site: follow up status, keep track on supplier's improvement/ actions taken
Proactively work with local suppliers to support for system and quality improvement activities at their site
Ensure all chemicals in lab are labelled.
Re-fresh training WI for QC staff.
Ensure team members meet BBSA, Kaizen, 5S objectives & follow HSES policy, Quality policy, code of conduct
Audits, and ensure team works to the (e.g. ISO) implement quality standards and systems.
Actively deploys ALPS foundations and ALPS Quality Management primary processes, with high priority. Promotes the quality philosophy throughout the organization by setting a positive example and positively participating in cross-functional problem solving activities.
Is familiar and complies with all the applicable corporate as well as site and laboratory policies/procedures with regard to personal conduct, HSE and Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs (PSRA) standards.

Acts as an ambassador and creates an open environment in which the team as a whole and its members individually can perform at their best.

Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in an appropriate scientific or engineering field of study required, preferred fields of study include Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry.
5 + year-experience with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO17025 experience required.
3 + year-experience with managing a team required.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals required.
Ability to effectively present information, deliver training, and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and inspectors required.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions required.
Proficient in MS Office applications required.
Strong interpersonal communication skills for interacting with site personnel, inspectors, and internal and external vendors required.
English at immediate level, able to use English for listening and speaking.Laptop
