Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor performance across the business, including marketing and sales activities:

  • Responsible for leading the team in the development and execution of effective strategies to achieve business goals and sales targets

  • Promote our products directly to customers and through distributor networks (online & offline operators, influencers…)

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, industry influencers and key stakeholders.

  • Conduct and analyze market research, competitor actions, and customer demands to find new prospects for business growth.

  • Makes sure all team members are able to well understand their job roles/ responsibilities and provides guidance to secure the quality of daily implementation

• Work closely with Product development & Operations to ensure alignment and support for the business process.

• 4-6 years experience in sales or business development role preferably in e-commerce / retail industry with fashion/beauty products

• Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions.

• Ability to lead and inspire team members, driving performance and innovation.

• Excellence in communications and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English.
