Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Development and Strategy:
• Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape specific to SMEs and corporate clients.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive deposit product strategy for the SME and Corporate segments aligned with the overall business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement product specifications, features, and pricing strategies tailored for business clients.

2. Product Launch and Implementation:
• Lead the end-to-end product launch process for SME and Corporate deposit products, coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless introduction to the market.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including targeted marketing plans, communication materials, and training programs for internal staff.
3. Product Campaigns and Customer Acquisition:
• Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns to attract deposits from SMEs and corporate clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns that highlight the unique features and benefits of our deposit products for businesses.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
4. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for SME and Corporate deposit products and regularly analyze and report on product performance.
• Work closely with analytics teams to gather customer feedback, track product usage, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Implement strategies to optimize product performance and achieve financial targets.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
• Stay informed about regulatory changes affecting deposit products for SMEs and corporate clients and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop and maintain product documentation and disclosures.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with technology teams to ensure seamless integration of deposit products into digital platforms and channels catering to business clients.
• Coordinate with risk management and compliance teams to mitigate potential risks associated with SME and Corporate deposit products.
Yêu cầu công việc
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in product management within the financial services industry, with a focus on SMEs and Corporate deposit products.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to deposit products for business clients.
• Meticulous, alert & have an eye for figures & details.
• Willingness to adapt to Agile way of work and dynamic circumstances.
