We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern who is passionate about recruitment and employer branding. If you’re interested in HR, enjoy competitive tasks, and have a background in marketing or business management, we’d love to hear from you!

Your role

1. Recruitment Support

• Manage job postings on LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.

• Screen potential candidates and advise hiring positions.

• Assist in building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring KPIs/KGIs.

• Track hiring progress and report on recruitment metrics.

2. Employer Branding

• Create engaging content to promote the company’s culture and values.

• Contribute to social media and online branding initiatives to increase awareness.

• Collaborate with the team to design campaigns and develop company visibility.

• Track branding KPIs and provide reports on performance.

3. Admin task

• Help organize events that create a vibrant and positive workplace for our young talents, such as office parties, sports clubs, English clubs, company trips, and job fairs.

• Perform additional tasks as requested by the HR team.
