Mô tả Công việc Plan & Management · Work with brand (Kubo, Come Home and others coming brands) and Shared service (Logistics, Merchandise, Store Design & Brand Development, Finance) in developing training activities, initiatives and plan to deliver business needs · Plan and manage effectively training budget · Review and update training policy and procedures in line with updated requirements and practices · Manage and coach the training team to deliver training activities effectively. Training Activities · Develop a training curriculum and annual training plan (including soft skills and English training for all levels) based on business needs and learning need analysis · Manage to ensure effective training plan implementation, including review of program design & delivery, action plan follow up, evaluation, measurement, etc · Provide training programs to support performance management, including performance system and process awareness, feedback & coaching training, etc · Prepare and conduct training & follow up within required timeline. · Coordinate in developing an in-house Trainer pool to deliver in-house programs · Periodically review and update onboard program to enhance effective new hires orientation · Develop a Learning Management System & Career Path to keep track and manage employee's growth and their learning & development journey from onboarding through ongoing development. · E-learning Platform Management, develop learning contents and follow up activities on e-learning platform, keep it updated and interactive. · Build training procedures, manual and policies to enhance training quality. · Monthly reporting and Analysis Development Activities · Coordinate in designing & delivering talent development solutions to different talent groups Employee Engagement activities · Participate in HR projects which support enhancing company values, branding and engagement · Develop and deliver the organization's internal communication to promote employee satisfaction & increase levels of employee engagement. Employer Branding · Implement Employer Branding plan according to defined EVP to drive recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and onboard potential employees for Home&Entertainment · Work with relevant stakeholders to create innovative, aspirational, and relevant content for our target audiences on different platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, Tiktok, etc.) · Encourage employee to be the employee ambassador. · Other tasks assigned by Managers. · Monitor performance indicators achieved from communication activities on social media platforms and propose ideas to accelerate outcome. · Monthly reporting and AnalysisYêu Cầu Công Việc Functional knowledge & experience: · At least 3 to 5 years in Training & Development or equivalent · Preferably experienced employee specialized in retail management or equivalent Functional skill: · Current knowledge of effective training & development methods · Good Presentation Skills · Strong interpersonal and organizational skills · Excellent English written and oral communication and translation skills · Strong project management and process development skills · Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office, and related training design tools Good consultative, organizing and influencing skills · Confident & dynamic public speaker, able to communicate and interact effectively with all levels. · Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices Other skills: · Work well under high pressure and deadline oriented. · Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive · Ability to work independently and with others · Extremely organized with strong time-management skill.Laptop Chế độ bảo hiểm Phụ cấp Chế độ thưởng Chăm sóc sức khỏe Đào tạo Tăng lương Công tác phí Nghỉ phép năm
