🎯What You’ll Do
- Search & screen candidates, conduct interviews, send shortlists to clients
- Arrange interviews for clients & candidates
- Follow up on interview status with both clients and candidates and provide feedback to both parties
- Ensure self-target and team targets are achieved
- Build and maintain a good relationship with candidates for marketing insight.
- Database development & enrichment, including client and candidate database
- Coaching new team members on soft skills, recruitment techniques, candidate sourcing techniques, business development, etc.
👩🏻💻What You Need
- Sale mindset and Never Give up
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, computer literacy
- Customer service orientated
- Able to work independently, with a high sense of responsibility
- Able to work well under pressure and meet targets & deadlines
- At least 1 year of working experience in the headhunting field is a plus
