* Recruitment
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Using various channels to source candidates
- Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
- Building relationships with applicants and past employees
- Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process
* Employer Branding
- Maintain relationships and coordinate Job Fairs, Interview days, and Seminars with universities to ensure a sustainable talent pool for recruitment;
- Manage and improve content on the page to enhance employer image on social.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field
- 1-3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role (Headhunter/Recruitment Consultant at Headhunt company)
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
- Proficient in using company software and databases to connect with and reach out to potential candidates
