Mô tả công việc
- Manage and maintain the facilities and equipment of office (including government office work such as PCCC/fire inspection)
- Plan and perform periodic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment
- Manage the electrical, water, air conditioning systems and other utilities of the facility
- Manage suppliers and contractors related to maintenance and repair of facilities
- Participate in moving items (desks & something), improving and upgrading facilities
- Check the cleanliness of each facility/ solve the problem relate Welfare facility using
- Purchase facility-related items (from Quotation to Complete)
- Inspect, evaluate and report on the status of facilities, propose improvements when necessary
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 4 years' work experience related engineering fields, repair and maintenance fields.
- Basic English communicate,
- Ability tocoordinate with many different departments
- Basic knowledge of Facilities Management
- Basic repair and maintenance skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and equipment manuals
- Highly responsible, proactive in work
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
